Pediatrician Burnout

We designed the PediatricXpress system to reduce pediatrician admin work. A recent study in 2018 by the AAP shows that “about half of the places pediatricians work report being very or moderately stressed with patient charting and finishing/catching up work from home.” Many pediatricians using the PediatricXpress system are able to complete and close their charts prior to going home for the day. We will continue to support the look and feel of PediatricXpress similar to paper charts and the integration of AAP Bright Futures by age for well visits. We will also continue to identify areas that we can optimize the system to reduce admin work including enhancements to the automation of certain billing processes for your pediatric practice.
The data from the current AAP study (2017 and 2018 survey) shows that 4 in 10 pediatricians are stressed when working with insurance companies and completing non-clinical work. We will continue to provide full revenue cycle management and support for pediatric practices, which includes insurance and patient billing to help practices optimize their revenue and reduce their admin burden.
